Dolt doesn't provide the performance benefits it promises, so drop it
to simplify the moving parts of the Autotools build system.

Also remove unused M4 modules.

* m4/dolt.m4: Delete file.
* m4/ax_boost_base.m4: Likewise.
* configure.ac: Do not call DOLT.

OpenDHT 1.6.0 unifies its API so users don't need to use
extra build flags.

Modify Fedora Core spec to support fedora core 6 (libsamplerate, libeXosip2)

- Key_Mode_switch isn't part of QT 3.3 (official)
- qt program are better with full path (moc, uic, qembed)
