dependencies: remove jsoniter from dependencies and replace its usage · 00922a44

with gson

Jsoniter is a JSON parser that doesn't have support for java 17+ and
doesn't seem to support it, making this project unable to run
on versions other than java 11. Gson was chosen as a replacement, since
it seems to be a well supported library, along jackson and org.json

StatementList and StatementElement were an attempt at creating our own
ORM for JAMS. However, doing an database query was very verbose on the
caller side, and if the 1st, 2nd or 4th field of StatementElement was
user input, we would be vulnerable to SQL injections. This patch
hardcoded the SQL queries in the DAO, making it easier on SQL expert to
audit the queries.
