When account is at the top of the list in the account combo box and
it is disabled, quitting the application and relaunching it results
in that disabled account being wrongly selected in the combo box.
This fixes that.

Show a notification for each missed call, and do not show any
notification for incoming rendezvous calls or for accounts with
auto-answer.  Also don't show a missed call notification for declined
calls (using either the notification action or the red hang-up button
in the incoming call view).

Move the password and password confirmation entries behind a switch
that is disabled by default.  Upon enabling the switch, the entries
will be shown, along with an explanation of what the user is about to
do and that they will not be able to recover their account if they
lose their password.

Before this change, clicking 'Add a SIP account' would immediately
create a new SIP account.  This change adds a dedicated screen where
the user enters their SIP server, proxy (optional), username, and
password; and a new account is only created once the user has entered
the required information and clicks the 'Create SIP account' button.

Update some strings in the account creation wizard to further
homogenize jami-gnome with other clients.  Also, in the import backup
pane, move 'Archive' above the 'Password' field, matching jami-qt.
Further, update the strings in the 'Connect to a JAMS server" screen
and rearrange components to more closely match jami-qt.
